Worship

At Norriton, worship is central to the life and expression of our faith.  As such it reminds us that we are named, encountered and claimed as God’s own.  Worship is one of the most profound ways we acknowledge and further open ourselves to the presence of God in our lives.  Our goal is always to apply ancient spiritual truths to our modern lives so that we can discover the divine love, truth and hope each day.

Service starts at 9:30 A.M. every Sunday morning.

The Lord’s Supper is celebrated on the first Sunday of every month.

Old and young alike are invited to participate in worship leadership by reading scripture, ushering, and lighting and igniting the candles (a job our children joyously complete).

Children attend worship with their parents through Children’s Time, a moment in our service specifically designated for teaching our children.  After Children’s Time, the children and youth (nursery – 12th grade) go to Church School for the remainder of the service.

Anyone seeking to know and follow Jesus Christ is welcome to our worship.
