Adult Education

Adult Education - Praying in Color

Like our children, our adults have opportunities to dig deeper in their faith and spirituality.  Typically we offer a weekly study, a monthly Christina Ethics class and a monthly Book Group.  For specifics about our current topics and specific dates, see the Norriton in Action newsletter.

Sunday –  Lenten Bible Study

This Bible Study, led by Pastor Lori meets on Sunday mornings at 11 a.m. at the church –

Join us at worship each Sunday as we go through a series called “Boot Camp for the Soul.”  It will challenge us to grow in our faith and examine some of our core values.  Hope you can join us at 9:30 on Sundays for worship and at 11:00 for a Bible study entitled “Forgiveness.” We would love to love to see you!

Monthly Book Group

Monthly we gather to discuss a book selected the month before.  We read everything from novels to mysteries to biographies to other non-fiction.  Our selections cover the classics as well as today’s Best Sellers.

Over the years our books have included,

– On the Corner of Bitter and Sweet Street

– The Kite Runner

– The Biography of Henrietta Lacks

– The DaVinici Code

– The Grapes of Wrath.

If you love to read and talk about books, you’ll love our book group.  For our current selection, see the Norriton in Action newsletter.
